2016 has been good to me so far, that’s for sure. Two extremely exciting pieces of news to share today:
- I have a brand new prose poem about scarecrows and fire and student loans (but I swear it’s not like the other poems you’ve read about scarecrows and student loans and fire) up at Booth! Thanks as always to the editors there for giving my work a wonderful home. Love love love me some Booth.
- I just learned that The Cincinnati Review, which published two of my poems, “Onion” and “Book of Distances,” in their Summer 2015 issue, has nominated me for a Pushcart Prize! I’m a little stunned, but no less excited and grateful to Don Bogen and the other editors at The Cincinnati Review for their continued support and belief in my work.
